You can get a Rav4 with a third seat with a four or six-cylinder engine. It has all the comfort and style you would expect and benefits from fuel-efficient engines. You can find 2009 used SUVs running between $16,388 to $17,900 depending on the amount of miles and options. If you want a real bargain then look for a 1996 model, they are selling from $3,460.

Toyota Highlander: The Highlander is one of the most popular and practical midsize family SUVs on the road today. This is one of Toyota's three models that is in the top rated used SUVs over and over again. It is produced on a car platform instead of a truck design and called a crossover SUV. This midsize SUV offers a mix of car and truck type construction with your choice of a four-cylinder, V6 or V8 engine, and carries up to 7-passengers. This is one of my favorites for ride and comfort. It can take you deep into snow country or get you out for a night on the town.
Honda Pilot: The Honda Pilot broke into the SUV market offering families an option to the old minivan "soccer Mom" stigma. Now Mom and the kids can travel in style and look good at the same time. The Pilot is a big player in the very competitive large crossover SUVs. It offers a comfortable ride both on and off-road with plenty of adult-friendly interior cabin room. All Pilots are powered by a 3.5-liter V6 engine that generates 250 horsepower. Cargo capacity is sufficient to handle most families needs and demands. You can find 2009 Pilots ranging from $21,280 to $22,485 depending on the amount of miles and equipment.
Ford Escape Hybrid: For families that are looking at going green, this Escape Hybrid fits the bill. The Ford Escape Hybrid was in the market first, back in 2005 and continues to lead the pack. It is one of the most fuel-efficient SUVs in the market today. It is the top rated used SUVs for safety, dependability and fuel economy. This Hybrid is quicker than the regular four-cylinder Escape. This Hybrid is very impressive and comes from a domestic manufacture, it really is taking a serious look at. A 2008 Ford Escape Hybrid sells from $17,700 to $18,600.

       Ford Explorer ปี 2011 SUV กับจำนวนที่นั่ง
7 ที่ หลายคนบอกว่าหน้าตาช่างเหมือนการเอารุ่น Freestyle กับ Taurus มาผสมเข้าด้วยกัน โดยที่ลักษณะเด่นของ Explorer คือ กระจังหน้าแถบหนา เสา A สีดำ แล้วแต่งตัวถังด้วยวัสดุพลาสติค กับฝากระโปรงแบบ clamshell (ครอบลงมาด้านข้างด้วย) ภายในห้องโดยสารถูกออกแบบมาคล้ายกับรถจากฝั่งเยอรมัน Volkswagen โดยมีการติดตั้ง shifter ที่แผงคอนโซลหน้า
       Ford Explorer มี 2 เครื่องยนต์ให้เลือก คือ รุ่นที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ V6 Ti-VCT 3.5 ลิตร ให้กำลัง 290 แรงม้า แรงบิดสูงสุด 345 นิวตันเมตร ซึ่งทำให้ประหยัดน้ำมันมากยิ่งขึ้น มากกว่าเครื่อง V6 รุ่นเดิมถึง 20% เลยที่เดียว    ส่วนอีกเครื่องหนึ่งก็คือ Ecoboost 4 สูบ 2.0 ลิตร 237 แรงม้า แรงบิดสูงสุด 339 นิวตันเมตร โดยมีระบบ FWD เป็นมาตรฐาน
ส่วนระบบ 4WD อัจฉริยะจะถูกจัดให้เป็น option ซึ่งระบบนี้มาพร้อมกับระบบควบคุมการขับตามสภาพถนนที่มีโหมดการขับ 4 รูปแบบ คือ หิมะ ทราย โคลน และถนนแบบปกติ นอกจากนั้นยังมีระบบควบคุมการลงเขาอีกด้วย
       ถึงแม้จะมีการนำวัสดุน้ำหนักเบา เช่น ฝากระโปรงอลูมิเนียม Explorer มาใช้ กลับมีน้ำหนักเบากว่ารุ่นปัจจุบันเพียงแค่ 45 กิโลกรัมเท่านั้นเอง โดยมีความสามารถในการฉุดที่ระดับ 5,000 ปอนด์ หรือ 2,268 กิโลกรัม
       ในส่วนของระบบความปลอดภัย Explorer มาพร้อมเทคโนโลยีใหม่ล่าสุดของ Ford คือ เข็มขัดนิรภัยแบบพองตัวอัตโนมัติ โดยเข็มขัดจะพองตัวออกมารับแรงกระแทกเมื่อเกิดการชนขึ้น ระบบ Curve Control ที่จะมีการชะลอความเร็วลงอัตโนมัติเ มื่อมีการใช้ความเร็วสูงในการเข้าโค้ง นอกจากนั้นยังใส่ถุงลมนิรภัยด้านข้างมาให้ ระบบตรวจสอบแรงดันลมยาง และยังมีลูกเล่นอื่นอีกมากมาย โดยที่ลูกค้ายังสามารถเลือกซื้อระบบ Adaptive Cruise Control ที่มาพร้อมระบบแจ้งเตือนการชนและระบบช่วยเบรค ระบบ Blind Spot Information ที่จะช่วยให้ข้อมูล ในจุดที่มองไม่เห็น ที่มาพร้อมระบบแจ้งเตือนเมื่อจะข้ามแยกจราจรและระบบช่วยจอด

          Ford Explorer แบ่งรุ่นย่อยออกเป็น 3 รุ่นคือ รุ่น Standard รุ่น XLT และรุ่น Limited
1. Standard จะมีอุปกรณ์มาตรฐานเป็น จอ LCD ขนาด 4.2 นิ้ว ระบบ Cruise Control กระจกไฟฟ้าพร้อมล็อคไฟฟ้า ระบบ Tilt & Telescoping Steering Column
2. XLT เพิ่มไฟหน้าอัตโนมัติ กระจกมองข้างพร้อมระบบไล่ฝ้าซึ่งมีการติดตั้งไฟเลี้ยว LED ฝังเข้าไปตรงครอบกระจกด้วย เซนเซอร์ถอยหลัง และระบบแจ้งเตือนการชนรอบคัน
3. Limited เป็นรุ่นสูงสุด มีการเพิ่มไฟส่องสว่างแบบ Ambient คันเร่งปรับได้ ระบบปรับอากาศแบบ Dual Zone กล้องมองหลัง ระบบสตาร์ทรถแบบรีโมท และปุ่มสตาร์ทรถ

     หากสนใจจะซื้อรถไว้ใช้งานสักคัน ก่อนที่จะตัดสินใจซื้อรถคันใหม่ ควรจะตรวจสอบงบประมาณในกระเป๋าให้ดีก่อน เมื่อตัดสินใจได้แล้วว่าเงินที่มีอยู่คุณยินดีจ่าย ก็คงพร้อมที่จะเริ่มมองหารถยนต์ โดยไม่ต้องไปที่ตัวแทนจำหน่าย เพียงแค่พิจารณาคุณสมบัติของรถยนต์ ที่คุณต้องการมากที่สุดในรถคันใหม่  ดูรถจากอินเทอร์เน็ตและอ่านจากนิตยสารรถยนต์  แนะนำให้หารายละเอียดของการคำนวนดอกเบี้ยให้มากที่สุด

     ก่อนที่คุณจะไปพบตัวแทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์ที่คุณเลือก กรุณาติดต่อสถาบันการเงิน เพิ่อขอสำเนาของรายงานสถานะการเงินของคุณ การรู้รายละเอียด รายรับ รายจ่าย จะช่วยให้เมื่อถึงเวลาที่จะได้รับเงินกู้ สถานะทางบัญชีของคุณจะมีผลต่อวงเงิน และดอกเบี้ยของการกู้ ที่คุณจะได้รับและเงินที่ต้องจ่ายเป็นเงินต้น และดอกเบี้ยที่คุณจะต้องจ่าย หากเครดิตของคุณไม่ดีไม่ต้องกังวลใจ (นอกเสียจากคุณมีการล้มละลายเมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้) เพราะฉะนั้นคุณมีแนวโน้มที่จะได้รับเงินกู้แน่นอน เพียงแต่อาจจะต้องชำระเงินในอัตราดอกเบี้ยที่สูงขึ้นกว่าเดิม
